The Professional Cordless will wow clients with such an innovative desert on the menu in any restaurant, let Giles & Posner take your menu to a level above that of competitors, and stun other customers with a chocolate experience to remember.   Powered by rechargeable batteries after initial warm-up and capable of running on the mains cable, the Professional Cordless has been specially created for individual tabletop use, removing the need for a trailing mains cable.

The Professional is made of heavy gauge 304 stainless steel for durability and prolonged use, with a unique direct drive motor so there is no risk of belts breaking or slipping in mid-event.

It operates on a minimum of 600g chocolate reducing potential waste, and up to 900g to avoid frequent refills. Virtually any chocolate can be used, however Giles & Posner’s fountain chocolate is highly recommended. There is also a range of food service accessories available to partner the Professional Fountain and add to the simplicity of the experience.
