Christmas Chocolate Cocktail Recipes

White Christmas Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
340ml of milk
35g of finely chopped white chocolate
pinch of salt
Whipped Cream on top

Directions - Pour the milk into the drinks maker and turn it on, once warm add the chocolate, and a pinch of salt. Leave for a further few minutes until warmed throughout, then pour into mug and top with whipped cream and the remaining crushed candy canes.

Christmas Chocolate Cocktail Drinks Recipes.

Spiced cocoa
Ingredients
57g cup unsweetened cocoa powder 
75g cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon salt
828ml cups milk 
118ml cup hot water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions - Pour the water into the drinks maker and turn it on, once warm add the cocoa, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and vanilla. Leave for a further few minutes until warmed throughout, then pour into mug and serve hot with cinnamon sticks, if desired.

Egg Nog
Ingredients
425ml Milk
425ml Cream
170ml Brandy
85g Sugar
55ml Rum
55g Icing sugar
3 Large eggs
Nutmeg to taste

Directions - Separate the eggs. Beat the yolks slowly whilst adding the sugar; until the mixture is pale and golden. Now slowly add in the brandy and rum, then beat in the milk and half the cream. Set aside until just before serving. Whisk the egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture. Whip the remaining cream and icing sugar until thick. Add to cocktail drinks maker until warmed throughout and dispense as required. Top each glass with whipped cream and a little freshly grated nutmeg.

Mint Swirl
Ingredients
500 ml milk
100 g dark chocolate drops
Peppermint oil/flavouring to taste
Suggested Topping: Whipped cream or swirl of crème de menthe on top

Directions- Add Milk to drinks maker and turn it on, once warm add the chocolate. Leave for a further few minutes until warmed throughout then add peppermint oil/flavouring to taste, alternatively add crème de menthe.

Ginger Bread latte
Ingredients
236ml milk
114ml espresso coffee
4 tablespoons gingerbread flavored syrup
60ml whipped cream
2 pinch ground nutmeg
2 pinch ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla powder

Directions - In Drinks Maker, combine espresso coffee with flavored syrup, Pour in milk and leave to mix.
Once warmed, dispense into a mug, top with whipped cream, and sprinkle with nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla powder.
Note - Gingerbread flavored syrup is available seasonally in some markets. Look for it in the flavored syrup aisle. You can also order it from several online sources.
Cinnamon Hot chocolate

Cinnamon Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
1500ml milk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
50g cocoa powder, sifted
150g good-quality dark cooking chocolate, coarsely chopped
Directions - Add milk and cinnamon to drinks maker until warm, then add the cocoa powder and chocolate and leave to warm and mix throughout. Dispense and top with sprinkled cocoa powder and cream
